We are incredibly proud to celebrate one of our dedicated foster carers, Colin, who continues to go above and beyond in his commitment to supporting young people. Not only is Colin a compassionate and inspiring foster carer, but he also gives his time to support his local Sea Cadets.
Colin was recently honoured with the Staff Endeavour Award, a recognition of his outstanding dedication, infectious positive energy, and his efforts in enabling cadets to participate in a wide range of enriching activities.
This award is a testament to the incredible impact he has on the lives of young people — both at home and in the wider community.
